1. How much does it cost to make my move?

The cost will depend on a few factors, such as the amount of furniture and items, and the distance between the two properties. But don't worry, our response time for quotes is fast, online and free.

2. How long will the moving take?

Our team is trained to make the moving process quick and practical, but other factors can interfere with the time to complete the move, such as the destination address and the size of the property that will be vacated.

3. What is included in the moving budget?
  • removal of items from the previous property;
  • transport in appropriate vans and trucks;
  • delivery in the new address.

To add additional services, it is necessary to request in the quotation stage.

4. Is there any type of insurance for breakage or loss?

ELP's breakage rate is minimal, as our team has all the know-how and care needed to do an excellent job, but in exceptional cases, we have insurance to repair and/or replace items.

5. What are the payment methods?

Payment can be made by bank deposit and/or credit card. The driver responsible for the change and the attendant also have the payment link, if necessary.

6. What are the truck sizes?

We have two types of trucks available for hire:

  • 4.5 ton (T) for properties with 1 or 2 bedrooms (25m³)
  • 10 ton (T) for properties with 3 or 4 bedrooms (40m³).
7. What are ELP's working hours?

Our office is open for service and quotes from 8am to 6pm.

The moving service usually takes place between 7am and 6pm.
